  15. equivalent in other currencies will be accepted.  Foreign check shareware
  16. registration should include extra to cover collection fees.  No credit 
  17. cards, please.  The commercial version is, of course, orderable with
  18. Visa/MC, but not from Dave.

  42. US$40. DO NOT ORDER DISKSALV3 FROM DAVE HAYNIE!!! In addition, the film
  43. "The Deathbed Vigil and other tales of digitial angst" is published by
  44. IAM, and may also be ordered from them. The cost is $35 NTSC, $40 PAL,
  45. $75 for a limited, signed edition.  For more information, contact IAM
  46. or their distributors. DO NOT ORDER THIS DIRECTLY FROM DAVE HAYNIE!!!
